The Forward Enterprise dashboard shows utilization metrics within the engagement tab. Before this release, these metrics provided a small fraction of visibility into platform features without clearly outlining historical usage. Furthermore, before 23.9, the engagement dashboard had been lacking details on daily users, most active users, as well as user historical trends. This version of the engagement dashboard provides our users with clear usage metrics, by providing customized time ranges with enhanced granularity. With this addition, the engagement dashboard can easily prove the benefits of adopting of our platform, and can easily justify the continuous investment to executive leaders.
