Building new NQE dashboards

I guess I’m not sure what you mean by the “dashboard”.  Under Inventory+ you can add tables of data that are filed by NQE.  What you might be referring to is the KPI Dashboards.  They will be in the “Dashboard” section.  It would be the first tab called “Scorecard & KPIs”.  If you do not see this under dashboards then you may need to enable this feature.

I believe it will be enabled by default after you upgrade to 23.9.  In the mean time, if you are using https://fwd.app, that setting is not user adjustable.  You would need to open a Zendesk ticket at https://forwardsupport.zendesk.com/.  If you are using an on-prem deployment then you can go under Settings > System > Org preferences.

If you are using an on-prem deployment then you replace https://fwd.app with the url for your on-prem deployment.

It will be the setting called “Scorecards and KPIs dashboard”.
